When will I not accept a commission?

Timeframe
- You didn't follow my Dos and Don'ts
- I personally feel uncomfortable with it
- You wanted to submit a free commission
- You offered me a different payment method than I demand
- The time frame of the commission didn't suit you and the deadline is too tight for me. However, it all depends on how things are going with me personally and occupational at the moment.
I only accept PayPal. Anything else is too risky for me.
I also accept payment in installments. The first installment is due after we have discussed all your wishes, the second after the sketch. I will only continue drawing once the pending payment has been received.
The finished artwork is for personal use only. Also, you must always give credit when using the artwork. Do not edit the artwork or remove my signature or watermark. Also, NEVER resell the artwork or use it in any way to earn money!
I retain full rights to the artwork and post it on my portfolio or social media. If the commission is a personal project, please tell me in time and then I will not post it.
I try to actively work on the commission, but for larger orders or if I have a lot to do at the moment, it may take longer to complete the work. Therefore, I ask for your patience. However, I often like to send an interim report and include my rough estimate of the time I still need to complete it.
Even for things I don't draw often or am not experienced with, it may take longer - as I need to practice them first.
Refund
Changes
A full refund is not possible! But if I have to cancel the commission for personal reasons, you will receive a 50% refund of the currently paid amount.
You can request changes to the pose, clothing, hairstyle, etc. during the sketching phase.
After that, only minor adjustments are possible – no changes to the pose, clothing style, hairstyle, etc.
During the coloring and shading phases, minor changes to color, contrast, and/or brightness are possible to a certain extent.
Finished Artwork
I will send the finished image as a PNG with a resolution of 300 dpi in RGB.
Please do not use any filters on the finished artwork yourself. Upon request, I can still adjust the image's contrast, color, or brightness using Photoshop afterwards.
Strict AI-Ban!
I DO NOT want my images used for AI generation or AI training! If I become aware of any violations, I will take legal action under copyright law – which I am entitled to for each of my own works!
