How I proceed with a commission
I always follow the same process when working on a commission. For more specific details, you can also read my Terms of Service.
Procress
Placing the order
By placing an order you agree to my Do's and Don'ts, as well to my Terms of Service. It's important to let me know how you'd like me to contact you (email, Instagram, etc.). In direct communication, we can then discuss ideas, references, deadlines, and so on in more detail. I also really appreciate it when you send me mood boards so I can have all your ideas as visual references.
Payment
My payment method is primarily installments. I only accept PayPal. All the details regarding my payment process are outlined in the Terms of Service.
Communication during the commission
I will keep in touch with you throughout the process. I will send you regular work-in-progress updates. I'm open to feedback and make changes to the image as you wish. I am available should you have any problems or comments. The communication will take place according to your preferred contact methods.
The result
Finally, you will receive the finished image as a PNG file. From this point on, only minor edits are possible. You can find more details about this also in my Terms of Service.
